What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First and final round interviews, mostly fit questions.

Second round was in Toronto for every candidate (we were approximately 30-40 for 10 spots).

2 interviews in the final round, 1 interview for the first round.

No real technical questions even with some of the more quantitative interviewers.

Some questions on the global economy as in describing QE3 and the such but nothing too specific. Some follow-up questions such as why a bout of QE would create inflation.

No "what is the current X at right now?" although I have heard some non-rotational interviews are less regulated by the bank and can ask harder technicals such as the current 10-yr gov rate.

Overall, pretty laid-back interview process although its not always easy to stand out with no real filter-questions.
