Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had originally applied for a scholarship so the interview process for the is a little different.
The first interview was a phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes and mainly consisted of questions regarding my background and future goals. The next interview was a 30 minute group interview where I met with HR and two directors. There were both behavioral questions and technical questions. The behavioral questions were standard - focused on leadership, teamwork and how you deal with stress and pressure. The technical questions were not too difficult. They focus on topics you should know from your past academic/professional experience.
The final round for the rotation program consisted of two 30 minute interviews back to back. There was one with 2 people from IB and one with 2 from S&T. It was more of a fit interview than technical.
