Started through online campus recruiting. Afterwards, I was selected for an online screen (think personality test), after a week I was given a first round which was a panel interview with an associate and analyst. After about a week again, I was selected for a final round. Mine was fairly straightforward and more behavioural in nature. Got the offer about two weeks after
