Phone screen w/ another analyst, and then followed by radio silence. To be followed by in person interview, skills test [modelling], etc.
They are very rigid - super technical, want people with prior experience in the group [energy] and an interest in being in the group. Pitch the group strongly, but sounded a bit cultish and standard group of ex-2 year bankers.
