The company posted a posting for their Investment Banking Summer Analyst position on my University career website. I applied with my resume/coverletter/transcript and got a phone call for an interview within 3 days. Within a week of the application I had my first round of interviews with 1 Analyst and 1 VP. After that I got a call for a superday in the evening that was held the following week.
