1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with a couple of head of groups through an internal referral for informational interviews. Group heads were impressed and then referred me to different managers in their groups for interviews. Also interviewed with HR to discuss possible roles
Interviewed with a manager in the Portfolio Analyst team. Interview was mostly behavioral and fit. Not very difficult but very dull.
Was essentially offered the job but rescinded because of the pandemic. Was told they would keep me in the loop but haven't heard in over a year.
