Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The cases were pretty straight forward, and focused on your general problem solving skills versus a lot of quant cases. This is the first company I interviewed that required a presentation, which I liked, as it felt more natural than rattling off #'s off the top of my head (esp for PhD/MD candidates that haven't spent years preparing for these things) Everyone I interacted with were laid back but smart, and it felt like a good fit.
