Applied through OCR. First went through a 15 minute phone screen where they asked mainly fit questions like "what kind of music do you like?" and some basic technicals like "what happens to the financial statements when depreciation goes down by x amount?"

Then, they had a 60 minute on campus interview with two interviewers in two separate rooms. One guy focused on fit, the other on technicals.

At the superday, met everyone in the office including head of west coast IB. 8 interviews in total. Analysts asked all fit questions. Associates asked a sort of almost consulting case interview type questions. There were a few brain teasers and advanced accounting and valuation technicals as well.
