Investment Banking Analyst

Ran fairly typical OCR recruiting process. Resume deadline was in late September, and the first phone screenings were in mid October. The initial phone screen was done with an analyst and consisted of basic behaviorals and technicals. 2nd round was conducted with two associates on campus, who you interviewed with separately. This was for their Palo Alto tech office, and they were pretty open about how most of their employees were ex athletes (rowers, cyclists, etc.). Seems like a very close knit group, emphasized how senior banks go out of their way to know a bit about your life, family, etc. Not sure about dealflow, but if you have to go the MM boutique route, this is a company I would recommend you consider.
