I applied and was emailed about setting up a phone interview a month and a half later. Had the phone call with an Analyst for about 30 minutes and was notified early the next week about me making final rounds. That happened two weeks after the phone interview. Had to submit 2 recommendations, a writing sample, and an updated copy of my resume prior to attending the interview. It consisted of 5 1 on 1 interviews with people from all over the hierarchy. Got the call two weeks later that I received the offer. The interviews were all behavioral with the exception of talking about (in great detail) about any/all econometric projects I did at school. Not bad, overall. Didn't have to do a case.
