Please describe the interview / hiring process.
first round: phone interview. Behavioral questions such as what is your favorite course? why NERA? why economic consulting?
second round: on site. 5 rounds of 1-1 interview. Technical questions super straightforward. I dont think you need any kinds of preparation before you go. Most of the interviews centers around why you are interested in NERA and economic consulting. I think they are trying to gauge whether you are the type of person they are looking for. they are looking for people who are passionate about economic research and have some level of quantitative data skills
