What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty straight forward process. First round was a hirevue wth pre-recorded questions about your academic background and why you want to do econ consulting from what I remember. NERA is very academic, so I think they really focus on that. Second round they had me submit a writing sample and two recommendation letters. Final round was a live video interview because I was interested in a practice located on the opposite coast.
