Interview
Did one phone interview and then declined to do a second round in person interview.
Questions about background, a brainteaser and a few questions about current events (i.e. Euro debt crisis). Overall was not bad, the people I talked to were really nice. Was told the second round would also have probability and risk questions.
Interview Questions
Explain to me what the european debt crisis is as if I were a friend at a party not involved in finance?

Interview
The recruiting process consisted of a short phone screening and a few rounds of face-to-face interviews. I met almost everyone at the firm except some juniors who were not around at the time. In general, the interview questions are quite easy, nothing too technical. They are supposed to test candidates' abilities to think on their feet and their views on investments. The key issue for me is the work itself at an analyst level. I do not want to spend most of my time reading and writing at work, as is common at a fund of funds, so if you are looking to leverage your analytical or quantitative skills (i.e. financial modeling, financial engineering, etc.), this is not the place to go.
Interview Questions
Do you love writing?

I personally am not looking for a writing-heavy job. By writing, they are not talking about equity research type of work (which I kinda like). It's more performance review, annual review, summary of what's been going on in the market / to the portfolio, etc.
