Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did an initial introductory interview walking through my resume with a paper LBO and then was flown to NYC for an in-person interview. There was a technical accounting interview where they ask a bunch of questions (e.g., how do you think about NWC and should it be positive or negative in these situations), a case interview where they leave you with a bunch of materials that you have to quickly analyze and synthesize in 30 minutes and provide with a recommendation, and a couple "walk me through your resume" / behavioral interviews
