Applied online. This was with the Dustin & Stolly debt team at NKGF in New York. Had a phone screen and was then invited to interview in their office. Went through ~5 rounds of interviews with the entire team. Entirely behavioral. Team was very aggressive / frat - to put it mildly. Did not get an offer.
