relatively straightforward process
first online application then online interview with a junior / mid-level employee. That interview consists of motivational and competency based questions. Second round is an in-person interview with senior members of the team you're applying for. This is more technical and CV based. Had a really nice discussion with the interviewer so it's completely relaxed. Final round is an assessment centre consisting of a group task, interview and a presentation. The presentation is based on their core values so it's pretty straightforward. The interview is long around 1 hour - 10 minutes for the presentation including Q&A then into the interview. Again, very nice interviewers, so treat it as a conversation.
