The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Went up to Oxford, there was an afternoon and a morning session, I had three standardised tests and two interviews.
Interview Questions
No questions were particularly difficult, but in the personal interview I was asked "what was the riskiest thing I had done", "what motivated me" and a grill of other extremely personal questions in a way that I had not experienced in previous interviews.

Also, the standardised tests included many questions which at first glance seeme easy, but in fact they were not. For example, you were asked to calculated which of four changes to a system would lead to the highest increase in output, but that involved doing four calculations.

Group Interview
IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
It was an online form with basic screening questions, followed by two online tests (business data analysis and maths). If these were passed a more thorough online screening form was completed.

Video interview followed with three 1 minute questions, and then an assessment day. This was split into two halves: morning was a group case, icebreaker, and then resetting of the online tests plus a case study test.
Interview Questions
What would you ask a Newton director if you were in an elevator with them for 5 minutes?

You have been working on a project for 6 months with a colleague: describe one good and one bad thing about you they would notice.

Group case: 5 people each given one piece of information and asked to read it beforehand. Then without showing each other the information we had to explain it to the rest of the team and solve a problem (low efficiency in a manufacturing plant). Required a lot of patience and note-taking throughout.
