When you first apply online, the application does not require a CV; instead, it asks about your three proudest achievements, so relevant work experience may not be as important as how well you can reflect on your strengths and experiences. After that, there is an online assessment, which includes both behavioural questions and logical reasoning. The third stage is a video interview. Feedback is provided at every stage and they also personally review each video interview, which makes the process feel more thoughtful and fair.
