Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred by Employee and got first round interview with HR and an associate. the HR is the head for the recruiting process. She is trying to give some pressure test and wants to really test if you are actually want IBD and if you are a good fit, she spent a long time to know about your story. The associate's question is very basic DCF accounting question and ask why Nomura.
