First round was virtual and technical only, one on one with an analyst. Then you get invited to a superday. It consists of 3 back to back interviews with ED, VP, and Associate. Mix of techs and behaviorals. Pretty chill interview, but since they do a lot of sponsors-based work, know LBO, mandate information, and keep up with market. Got results back within a couple of business days.

Did an online test in September (personality test and IQ-style test), progressed to a first round interview in beginning of November with one analyst. Interview was maybe 5 minutes of "fit questions" and then around 25 minutes of technicals. Got invited for a virtual super day in January,1 hour case study, 4 30 minute interviews, one of which was a discussion about the case study with a junior member of the team.

First thing is an 1-hour case-study about a real life acquisition that Nomura advised on, containing classic M&A questions (valuation considerations about the acquisition using documents they provide, rationale etc), wasn't very hard if you know the basic technicals
First interview is going through the case study's questions, then three other interviews are a mix of fit/technicals (classic questions, nothing too surprising)
