Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a resume based shortlisting which was followed by 1-on-1 interviews. The panel consisted of 3 people each of which interviewed individually. The first interview lasted for about 30 mins and tested on 4 main areas - macroeconomic awareness, HR preparation, technical knowledge of finance and puzzle solving skills. Out of these, macroeconomic awareness and HR were the make or break questions. The other two interviews were short - 10 mins each.
