Investment Banking Analyst

I received an interview offer in NYC after being referred internally. It was only around 2 hours and it was fairly straightforward. There were 4, 30 minute interviews. They ranged from first year analyst to the VP level. They seem like a fairly new place that is expanding quickly, which is good for some people but I chose that it was not for me. It seems like they have great people there and I loved the culture, I just had questions about their staying power in the United States. Do your own due diligence here, because I think they are a great firm if they could get the right deal flow.
