Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the interview through a friend of mine who is an analyst at the firm. I was put straight through to the super day and had four consecutive 30-minute interviews. Nothing was especially hard about the interview, coming from a liberal arts background the technical questions were a bit more mild than perhaps the other interviewees experienced.
