Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview consisted of 2 back to back phone calls: 1 technical and 1 behavioral (30 minutes each). Technical interview was just like the guides (1 brain teaser m). Behavioral was digging deep into why sustainability as a sector. Superday was 3 back to back interviews: 1 technical and 2 behaviorals. The last step was a 30 minute behavioral with the MD post superday.
