What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round comprised of 2 phone interviews with analysts/associates. They ask mostly the run of the mill questions like why banking, why nomura, etc. The technical questions are manageable too, mostly those that can be found in vault guide, etc.
Once you clear that, there is second round interview with a VP. Mostly fit based for this.
The superday includes 2-3 interviews with a translation test as well.
