Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Didn't have a 1 on 1 phone interview, was passed straight through to a super day. The super day consisted of three 1-on-1 interviews with VP's and the highest level I interviewed with was an Executive Director. I was asked a lot of behavioral questions, as well as what my opinion was on the markets today. One question that I was asked was what does a flat yield curve mean to a fixed income investor? As well as a thought-provoking question that was, If I have a 10 by 10 Rubix cube that I submerge in a bucket of paint if I were to smash the Rubix cube how many pieces would be covered in paint afterward?
