Applied via campus career website, got first round interview on campus. Called back for superday a week or two later. Superday consisted of 3 30 min interviews at Nomura's office. Sent out thank you emails after each interview that night.

Everyone was very friendly and conversational. Not one negative experience. Office was quiet, that's what you'd expect from a risk position.

Interviews were mostly behavioral, seeing if I knew my resume and could speak about my experiences and how well they would apply here. Also why I wanted Nomura, why Risk Management and some basic finance questions and news questions.
