Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through the company's website. Completed online tests. Invited for interview. I was asked to read a case and answer some questions and discuss them with a Nomura employee. All the questions were about calculating things like EBITDA, Margins, EV etc.
Afterward another interview with another representative. He asked me again about EV, some deals of Nomura, my motivation and my CV.
