Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online with CV and answers to three questions, then three online tests. Next step after that is CV screening followed by a phone interview. Call lasted around 30 minutes and I was interviewed by an associate. Pretty basic interview with 1-2 technicals, "tell me about your self", teamwork-related, "why this division?", and personal strengths. Heard back a week after with an invite for assessment center the following week. Assessment center was 4x30 minutes interviews , with MD's (competency and fit) and a junior (technical). Got the offer the day after the AC. Very friendly people in the interviews.
