Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was in-person and done on campus. Questions focused on very basic technicals (walk through valuation methods, calculation of WACC, etc.).
Superday consisted of three back-to-back 30 minute interviews. Interviews were dependent on the interviewer. Two analysts - one was more technical and one was more fit/background-oriented. One associate - more of a conversation where he gave out advice regarding his IBD experience and what you should look for in a firm. Nice people all around, and definitely not challenging for someone with adequate preparation.
