Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial interview was done through HR representative via phone. Total time was 20 minutes and questions consisted primarily related to why I was interested in the position as well as thoughts on which particular group I would like to be placed in. I was invited for the super day where I had four 30 minute interviews (two associates and two MDs). The questions were primarily behavioral, only one associate asked me some basic technical questions. Offer was given Tuesday of the following week.
