Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through the portal and after 2-3 weeks, one associate reached out to me for a brief phone interview. Two days after the 1st round, I was extended an invite to the superday. Not too difficult on technicals. Nomura seems to put a lot of emphasis on your personality and made the interview experience extremely enjoyable both for the candidate and for the interviewers.
