Summer Internship

When I applied online, I was asked to complete a numerical test and a logical test. Some weeks later, I was invited to two first round interviews, which I took through videoconference, since I am studying abroad.

The first interview was a typical banking one, with technical and fit questions, but not competency ones. The second one was a case study, a M&A in which Nomura had advised. I had to answer 15 questions, including some about minority interests or sinergies. Both interviews lasted 30 minutes.

The second round consisted of 3 interviews with more senior people, with fewer technical questions. All of them belonged to the local office (Madrid) and lasted 30 minutes.

The last round took place in the London HQ, and consisted of 4 interviews with people from different groups within the IBD and were very similar to the previous ones.

ALL the interviewers were very friendly.
