Please describe the interview / hiring process.
applied online through OCR. First-round phone screen very behavioral and laid back. Then super day with 3 30 minute interviews. also very behavioral with about 5 technical questions thrown in. Very easy from the guide, but more open-ended so required more thinking. No step by step accounting, but theoretically what exactly does these things mean.
