Summer Analyst

The process consisted of standard online assessments followed by CV submission. There may also have been a cover letter. After completing the assessments, I was invited to an online interview. This was a 30 minute call with an Associate and included a mix of behavioural and technical questions. In practice, after a brief introduction, approximately 25 minutes were spent on technicals. The difficulty level was reasonable and covered standard topics.

The assessment centre then comprised four 30 minute interviews and one individual case study lasting one hour. One of the interviews involved presenting my findings from the case study. Interviewers included a mix of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Directors.

Overall, it was a positive experience.
