Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Investment Banking Analyst for the Debt Solutions and Loans Team.
Had three interviews:
-First one was a informal interview with the MD and an Associate. Discussed my background, motivation, etc.
-Second one was a phone call with an associate to dive deeper into my background.
-Third one was a technical case, where I had 30 minutes of preparation, followed by a presentation of 20 minutes approximately.
The people in the team are very nice and fair.
