Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Three rounds. First mostly personal/behavioral q's - as well as some quite basic questions on derivatives pricing and hedging. Second, traded from different desk - couple of brain teasers followed by a "market making-game" where they give you new info and you have to adjust you bid/offer and trade around your position. Third one with same trader from second round + desk head, personal questions followed by macro/do you keep up with financial news-type of questions. Some coding related q's, but very high level.
