The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Length of Process
1-2 months

Phone Interview

Interview
Three step process. Applied through a rectuiter, GoBuySide. A VP ran the process from start to finish. They held superdays in office after completion of a case study.
Interview Questions
First step was a phone screen. Mainly to test deal experience and to be sure that you wanted to live in DC. Your mileage may vary here. I was able to eloquently explain every aspect of the deal that I worked on so I didn't get asked investment case study style questions. Second step was a model test and memo, they gave you 3 hours to put together a model and then some additional time afterwards to put together a one page investment memo. Final step was a Superday, where you met everyone that worked at the firm and was primarily focused on fit.
