I applied online for the loan analyst position at Northmarq. I was emailed within a day or two and set up a time to talk on the phone with one of the people in HR. From there I went in to the office for several group interviews. I was given an assignment in-between these interviews. The assignment was easy, and you can obviously look any information up that you don't know online to find answers. The group interviews mostly consisted of fit questions and then some specific industry knowledge that you would have if you read through a description of what a loan servicer does.
