The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The process was relaxed and straightforward. I applied online and completed an initial personality style assessment before speaking with anyone. After that, HR reached out and scheduled the first video call. That conversation focused on my background, why commercial real estate interests me, and what drew me to Northmarq. It felt very casual and more like getting to know each other.
I was then scheduled for a second interview with someone on the team in the office I applied to. We walked through my resume, how I handle group work, deadlines, and communication, and what type of environment I like to be part of. It stayed behavioral and conversational without anything technical.
There was one more short follow up conversation after that to talk through interest and logistics. Across all three touchpoints, everyone was welcoming, easy to speak with, and very open about the culture. It never felt high pressure and came across as people focused throughout.

Skills Test
Interview
Connected through a university recruiter who informed me about the position. He connected me with another HR professional who set up a quick phone call. Easy stuff, very conversational, just the typical walk me through your resume. That was followed by a longer-ish skills test or "IQ test". That was followed by an interview (which I assume was the final round, but very well could be wrong) with an MD at the office I was applying for. This was more of a technical interview, but also felt like it was a personality test as well. It was very conversational, but the questions ranged from very easy to difficult. Overall I thought it was a great interview experience.
Interview Questions
Two technical questions dealing with long term debt and the implications of certain metrics and their affects on transaction outcome. Pretty high level math that was expected to be done mentally (or at least it felt like that in the moment).

Interview
Got my foot in the door through an acquaintance who passed on my resume. Was brought in for several rounds of in-person interviews and was asked about my relevant experience, competency about the role and what it would require, and the business in general.
Interview Questions
1) Generally was just tough to know what they were looking for as almost all were behavioral type questions. There weren't "right" answers as it was all fit based.

Interview
I applied online for the loan analyst position at Northmarq. I was emailed within a day or two and set up a time to talk on the phone with one of the people in HR. From there I went in to the office for several group interviews. I was given an assignment in-between these interviews. The assignment was easy, and you can obviously look any information up that you don't know online to find answers. The group interviews mostly consisted of fit questions and then some specific industry knowledge that you would have if you read through a description of what a loan servicer does.
Interview Questions
They asked why they should hire me and how I approached the assignment they gave me. For the first question I told them that I am a committed and hard working team oriented individual. I said I would love to work for Northmarq for the forseeable future (in this hiring market you need to show that you are committed to staying). For the assignment I went through and answered all questions that I knew for sure. I then looked some of the information up online that I did not know. This all seemed pretty legit, while none of it was very complicated.
