Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Connected through a university recruiter who informed me about the position. He connected me with another HR professional who set up a quick phone call. Easy stuff, very conversational, just the typical walk me through your resume. That was followed by a longer-ish skills test or "IQ test". That was followed by an interview (which I assume was the final round, but very well could be wrong) with an MD at the office I was applying for. This was more of a technical interview, but also felt like it was a personality test as well. It was very conversational, but the questions ranged from very easy to difficult. Overall I thought it was a great interview experience.
