Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process begins with an initial phone screening, primarily to assess background fit and general interest. After passing the screening, candidates proceed to a formal behavioral interview to evaluate soft skills and cultural alignment. Next, there's a technical call focusing on analytical skills, often involving case studies or investment reasoning. Following the technical round, candidates participate in 2-3 additional behavioral interviews with associates, VPs, principals, and sometimes partners, which dive deeper into specific deal experience, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
