1st Year Associate Consultant

I applied online after 1 year of experience in banking. First you have to do two online reasoning tests: numerical and verbal. Standard SNH formats. Then you get a call from the HR where they ask you a bunch of rather basic questions on your background. Then I was invited for two back-to-back case study interviews. On arrival, they will first give you 2 (surprise) tests that you have to do in the office - numerical and verbal again; these are more difficult than online. You can use a calculator. Right after that you have the interview - first 2 were conducted by a senior associate and by a project manager. The cases were similar to those you find on their website. Each lasted 30 minutes. After that, you have another two case interviews with the Partners. These last an hour each.
The office is very nice and very central (right behind the GS offices). The people in general are laid-back, less flashy than MBB, and self-admittedly more nerdy.
