The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
* If you pass the CV screening, there will be an online test. It has English and Quantitative sections. The latter seemed like some kind of IQ test. After that I had three rounds of interviews; first and third with ACs and second with an Associate Partner. I have no idea why I interviewed with an Associate Consultant after meeting an AP.

* Each interview had fit and case portions and each took about 40-50 minutes and each interview lasted about 80-90 minutes. The fit part was the most rigorous one I have ever had, much more difficult than MBB fit questions. They really go deep about your motivation for consulting and the firm. Cases were a bit easier than MBB as they had more of a brainstorming flavor.

* The overall process was quite a mess. Each time, they scheduled the interview for an hour but each one went overtime and they were pretty relaxed about it. The AP in the second round was late by AN HOUR. However, they were friendly and cooperative.
Interview Questions
The cases were not very difficult but fit part was quite detailed. Normally, questions such as "Why our firm" and "Why consulting" are the easiest ones but they asked 5-6 follow-up questions for each of them. Also, there were a few behavioral questions. The most unexpected one was "You are working in a very unfamiliar industry and you collect data. How do you make sense of it?".

The most difficult case was at the second round about Market Entry. One of your friends is an executive at a large corp and she inherits a vineyard. Should she quit her job to operate the vineyard?

there was only two case studies, no FIT/ personality questions at all. Very surprising as if they dont care who they hire
Interview Questions
It was only a case study so it was pretty much expected. yet the case itself was about cruise ships company and was very specific. I had to know a lot about the industry in order to answer the case in a good way. also, there were no personal questions at all! nothing, not even a resume walkthrough. which is very surprising since it is a consulting firm, so it is based on teamwork. the interviewers were entry-level and were very nice, but the no personality question gives a very bad vibe to the whole thing.

The process consisted of three separate one-on-one interviews with different consultants. One interview was behavioral and the other two were strictly case interviews. At the end of the three interviews I took a timed 30-minute quantitative exam.
Interview Questions
How many prints of the Wall Street Journal can you expect to be distributed on a Monday morning in the US?
We were hired by a firm that is seeking to expand their physical training services. How many private physical trainers do you predict are in the US as we speak?

Interview
I applied online after 1 year of experience in banking. First you have to do two online reasoning tests: numerical and verbal. Standard SNH formats. Then you get a call from the HR where they ask you a bunch of rather basic questions on your background. Then I was invited for two back-to-back case study interviews. On arrival, they will first give you 2 (surprise) tests that you have to do in the office - numerical and verbal again; these are more difficult than online. You can use a calculator. Right after that you have the interview - first 2 were conducted by a senior associate and by a project manager. The cases were similar to those you find on their website. Each lasted 30 minutes. After that, you have another two case interviews with the Partners. These last an hour each.
The office is very nice and very central (right behind the GS offices). The people in general are laid-back, less flashy than MBB, and self-admittedly more nerdy.
Interview Questions
First case interview wasn't really a case. It was more market analysis. I got questions on the automotive insdustry - it's size, segments, sizes of segments, growth rates, how many actors do I think there is in each segment etc.
The second interview was a case study of a website which connects web-developers with the end users. The questions were on how large is the market, who are the key consumers, what are the sizes of the consumer groups, and what I would suggest the web-site does to boost it's profits.
