Associate Consultant

* If you pass the CV screening, there will be an online test. It has English and Quantitative sections. The latter seemed like some kind of IQ test. After that I had three rounds of interviews; first and third with ACs and second with an Associate Partner. I have no idea why I interviewed with an Associate Consultant after meeting an AP.

* Each interview had fit and case portions and each took about 40-50 minutes and each interview lasted about 80-90 minutes. The fit part was the most rigorous one I have ever had, much more difficult than MBB fit questions. They really go deep about your motivation for consulting and the firm. Cases were a bit easier than MBB as they had more of a brainstorming flavor.

* The overall process was quite a mess. Each time, they scheduled the interview for an hour but each one went overtime and they were pretty relaxed about it. The AP in the second round was late by AN HOUR. However, they were friendly and cooperative.
