Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview with human resources. Came into the office and met with multiple analysts, associates, vice presidents, managing directors, principals, etc. Invited back for super day in which I met with some of the same people and some new people. Very in depth and challenging recruitment process experience. Overall, extremely impressed with the firm's employees and culture.
