Please describe the interview / hiring process.
initial phone call with head of trading. I was referred by a former coworker at my previous firm. Met in-person with head of trading, 5 traders, 3 portfolio managers and investment analysts, head of trading operations. People were friendly and the interviews were easygoing- a couple of quick brainteasers that were not too difficult. Office was a bit stuffier that some of the other places I had interviewed.
