Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got an interview through an employee referral. they asked me to create my profile online, and call me for an interview within a month. The hiring process consisted of 2 rounds of interviews.
The first round comprehended 3 interviews: 1 principal, 1 associate and 1 partner.
The second round were 4 interviews: 3 partners, 1 principal.
Half of the interviews were case + fit, the other half were purely fit. All the cases were very banking-oriented, as I had previous banking experience and the practice I applied for was FS.
