I applied online but had a friend who worked at firm put in a good word (I was off-cycle). Apparently most people with an employee referral at least get an interview. Next was an online quant test. This was actually fairly difficult however you pass as long as you get more right than wrong (at least this was the case at the time). I then had two rounds of phone interviews with people at Senior Consultant / Associate level. Both were very standard case interviews. Then invited to NYC for final rounds which consisted of three case interviews and one behavioral. One case was easy (standard market sizing), one was fairly complex and one was really off the wall and difficult. Behavioral was quite easy.
