Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The 1st round of interview include 3 behavioural interviews, together with some math questions and brain teasers. The behavioural interview was mainly focused on why the candidate is interested in the position and why it's a fit for the company.
The 2nd round of interview include around 2-3 case interviews, cannot remember clearly. The short cases are non-traditional and tries to assess the candidate's ability to use simple math / probability concepts to solve the problem.
